The Czechoslovak New Wave is a title covering one of the most significant period of the Czehchoslovak cinematography. This term is titled to a generation of filmmakers working in the 60's of the last century. Their beginnings and existence is connected to the rise of the young talents studying at The Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (FAMU): Evald Schorm, Vera Chytilová, Jan Němec, Jiří Menzel, Štefan Uher, Juraj Jakubisko, Dušan Hanák, Elo Havetta and more. The exhibition is offering a selection of posters to films which represents this remarkable period.
